Strength & Conditioning

Urban’s Strength & Conditioning core focus is functional fitness. Functional movements reflect the best aspects of aerobic capacity, weightlifting and gymnastics. Learn how to lift and move weight in a safe and controlled environment. You can expect to use a dynamic range of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medballs, plyoboxes, rowers, bikes & more.

We combine these movements into group classes that typically include a warmup, mobility, strength development and all varieties of cardio led by one of our highly trained & certified coaches. We welcome all fitness abilities.

Metcon

Urban’s Metcon class focuses on developing outstanding endurance & strength. We use functional movements involving our own bodyweight but incorporating rowers, bikes, kettlebells, plyoboxes, dumbbells, medicine balls, resistance bands & more. Every workout & movement of class is modifiable to accommodate different skill levels, fitness levels, and even injuries

Spin

Lights down Low, music up high. Join Urbans Spin as we ride to the beat! Urban’s indoor cycling experience will have you sweating, dancing & having the time of your life. Expect rhythm riding with jogs, sprints, hills & climbs. Classes are set to unique playlists and each instructor is different – keeping you energized, inspired, and challenged. Urban believes in the power of music and its influence on your ride.

Arms & Abs

Get ready to sculpt and strengthen with this focused mat-based workout designed to target your upper body and core. Using a combination of resistance bands, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises, you'll tone your arms, define your abs, and build functional strength. Expect controlled movements, intentional reps, and a serious burn — all set to motivating music. Perfect for all levels, this class keeps it grounded but never easy

Urban HIIT

Expect a full body workout with this upbeat heart pumping class. Urban HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn. Expect bodyweight movements while incorporating dumbbells, medicine balls, bands & more.

Glutes & Core

Glutes & Core class focuses on building strength in your glutes and abdominal muscles. Most exercises are done on the mat, and while predominantly target the abs and glutes, you can still expect a full body sweat! Expect to use Dumbbells, ankle weights, medicine balls, bands & more.

HYROX Training

Train like an athlete and push your limits with this performance-driven class inspired by the global HYROX fitness race. This session combines functional strength, endurance, and high-intensity interval training to prepare you for the ultimate fitness challenge — whether you're racing or just want to train like you are. Expect sled pushes, running intervals, rowing, wall balls, lunges, and more — all structured to build power, stamina, and grit. Every class is scalable and designed to challenge all levels..

Recover & Restore (Yoga)

Urban’s Recover & Restore Yoga is for those looking to relax & recover. Postures are held for long periods of time in order to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and to encourage the body and mind to experience complete surrender. This is an ideal class for anyone seeking to stretch, slow down, connect to their breath, and restore body, mind and spirit.

Power Pilates

Our mat-based Power Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength with an emphasis on challenging your core. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements. Expect to use light dumbbells, sliders, ankle weights, bands, pilates balls and more.
