SUMMER HALF DAY CAMPS
AGES 8-12
Urban Half day Kids Camp is a fun-filled program where children and youth can build strength, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love of movement through fitness-based games, skill-building activities, and creative play.
Each day includes a mix of:

Our goal is to help kids stay active, make new friends, and develop healthy habits while having an amazing time.
Program Details
📅 Weekdays | 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
👧 Ages 8–12
👩 Led by a YRDSB Child & Youth Worker
Get ready for 3.5 hours of action-packed fun every day
📅 Session 1: July 13–17
📅 Session 2: July 27–31
📅 Session 3: August 3–7
📅 Session 4: August 24–28
Per week $175 | All 4 weeks $650 | Day drop in = $50
Daily Schedule 8:30AM - 12
8:30- 9:00 → Arrival & Morning Movement
9:00-10:00→ Outdoor Team Challenge (Cooperative games, relay race, obstacle course)
10am → Snack Break
10:30-11:30 M/W/F Movement Session (They will also improve their power, agility and endurance with the introduction of circuit workouts.
Bodyweight exercises
10:30 - 11:30 TUESDAY & THURSDAY Art Attack
Take home art activities for each day
Sensory Bottles, Mini animal craft, splatter paint, bingo dabber art
11:30- 12:00 Mindful Cool Down (Studio)
Cool down stretch
